Technology available for toe lasting machines.
Thanks to the Mercalli Calibrator, the function to transfer the contents of a MASTER machine to one or more SLAVE machines is available.
Work programs, Mercalli Calibrator images, lasting data, details, pressures, etc. are aligned.
All these data are entered during the creation of the program on the MASTER machine. At the end of the creation the responsible of the MASTER machine sends the entire contents of the machine in appropriate storage spaces (Cloud, NAS, Server, WEB Drive) and puts it available to the slave machines for synchronization.
SLAVE machines will receive notifications of new data available and at the end of synchronization the SLAVE machines will be archived identical to the MASTER machine, such as work programs, Mercalli Calibrator images, assembly data, details, pressures, etc.
